Initially it was going to be an online implementation, but we changed this to be in person and were delighted with the results of the personal service. We were assigned a Professional Services Consultant who answered all our questions and configured the system to our exact requirements and processes.
In-between meetings, the project team from both sides kept in constant communication so that the system was ready to use within the timescales we wanted. The whole process took just over 2 months, and we had Christmas in there too!
We're now rolling out the Expenses Mobile app to our colleagues and are also taking advantage of the enhanced Duty of Care feature to ensure colleagues have the correct insurance.
