Selenity’s Expedite appoints specialist roles to support 112% customer increase

Selenity’s Expenses Expedite appoints new Team Leader and Payment Services Manager. The leading expense processing service has seen a 112% increase in customers over the last fiscal year. These new appointments are key to managing the demand for outsourced receipt validation along with the recently launched Insurance Validation service.
Expenses Expedite provides receipt validation and claimant payment services; offering receipt checks within 48hours, and next day payment as standard. These two new management roles allow Expedite Services Manager, Adam Bamford, to focus more on the strategic growth of the service.
Louisa Trafford has been appointed Expedite Team Leader supporting Adam and the team to deliver Expedite's high level of customer support and to ensure that the validation timeframes are achieved.  Louisa will also be responsible for providing colleagues with additional support and training.  Louisa commented, “I am really excited to see what the future holds for the Expedite team, with some fantastic new services in the making. We're a growing team I see am excited for the future for both Selenity and the Expedite Team; one I am very proud to be part of it."

Alongside Louisa, newly appointed Payment Services Manager Beth Addlesee is responsible for the successfully delivery of the Claimant Payment Services in accordance with the agreed service limits and timeframes. Beth ensures 100% accuracy on client accounts, bringing with her highly skilled levels of accuracy and checking, ensuring end users are correctly reimbursed. Beth commented, "Working at Selenity the past two years has been fantastic and I have continually been supported with my personal development which has led to my promotion in the Expedite team. I am excited to be part of the growth of Expedite and hope to push myself even further as our new services are developed and brought to life." 

Alongside these two new internal appointments, the team welcome Jade White as Expedite Services Assistant. Jade's appointment will support the team and the continued increase for receipt validation.

Both have shown outstanding qualities to be given further responsibility and expand their knowledge of Expedite and management.
