This weekend we released the final instalment of the trio of powerful product enhancements, across our expenses and contract management solutions. The new features ranging from full mobile submission, duty of care management, and enhanced report generation, enables our customers to further transform their businesses through cloud technology.

The next generation expenses mobile app replicates the entire expenses solution so there is no need for customers to even power up their computers when submitting and approving their employee expenses. Available across iOS, Android and Windows phone the Expenses Mobile app gives our customers everything they need to empower a truly mobile workforce.

The enhanced expenses duty of care feature makes it quicker and easier to manage driver and vehicle duty of care, including claimant self-service and a comprehensive full audit history. Removing the burden on administrators, claimants are now notified when new documents are needed and can upload their own documents for line manager approval.

Reporting has never been easier for our Expenses and Framework customers with the enhanced feature giving customers a smoother, faster, more efficient reports generation. Featuring quick search, drag and drop, real time view and customisable charts; customers can now effortlessly generate and analyse accurate management information.

Hot on the heels of this triple enhancement sees the next phase of the duty of care feature giving customers the first ever opportunity to manage DVLA information through their Expenses system. The new DVLA integration will include the checking of entitlements, endorsements and validity of employees' driving licences giving our customers everything they need to keep their employees safe on the road.
