We’re delighted to have welcomed on board three new colleagues to our development department. All three hails from the University of Lincoln with post-grads Adam Bowler and Andrew Butlin who have both completed a BSc Computer Science degree and under-grad Nick Short who will join us for the summer as an intern before he completes his final year of study.

Andrew Butlin commented, “After graduating I knew I wanted to stay in Lincoln as it’s a vibrant and growing city. I just needed the right opportunity to begin my career in software development and am really excited to be at Selenity (formerly Software Europe). It’s a great environment to work in, the people are welcoming and everyone seems to have a lot of fun here.”

Neil Everatt, CEO at Selenity commented, “There are some very talented people completing degrees at the University of Lincoln, and with it being on our doorstep, we want to make the most of the opportunity to maintain our innovation in the world of cloud and mobile technologies.

Lincoln is a beautiful city, steeped in history and offers this new talent a great place to live and an opportunity to grow their career in the digital world with Selenity.”

Ian Hodson, Rewards Manager at the University of Lincoln added, “Being able to offer career pathways to our graduates in to the workplace is a critical aspect of completing the educational experience at the University of Lincoln. We are delighted to be able to have formed a great relationship with Selenity that means that for a variety of roles in technology, sales and marketing we have an employer near that can offer employment and development after studies for those who want to remain in our great city.

We have seen many our graduates become employees at Selenity who are now working on the design and development of the very systems that the University uses to carry out many different operations. It truly is a complete circle of activity when this happens and we hope to see the partnership between the University and Selenity continue to offer exciting careers for our skilled graduates.”
