Selenity (formerly Software Europe), provider of cloud technology for people, expenses and contracts, has secured its first project through G-Cloud 7, the framework for cloud based IT services to public sector. NHS South, Central and West (SCW) a leading provider of commissioning support services will use Selenity’s GreenLight Workforce to replace paper with digital forms - reducing the costs of information sharing around recruitment requisition, new starters, leavers and change of details.

“We recently rejoined the G-Cloud framework hoping it would generate greater awareness of Selenity and increase opportunities to save the public sector money through our proven cloud technologies,” says Neil Everatt, Chief Executive, Selenity. “Whilst it’s only been a few weeks since the newest iteration of G-Cloud went live, we’ve already signed an agreement with NHS South, Central and West and been contacted by a large government organisation to request a meeting and demonstration of our products and services. It’s a good sign of the G-Cloud framework’s potential and the public sector’s interest in our cloud software.”

Deborah Saunby, Sales and Marketing Director says: “We now have over 200 separate NHS customers using our cloud technology such as North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and County Durham PCT, as well as numerous local councils, universities and other commercial organisations. Our flagship cloud software, Expenses, is proven to save time and money across the NHS, public sector and commercial sectors. It has more features and configurability than any other expenses system and customers want to keep using it. ER Tracker, GreenLight Workforce and Framework are all proving to be extremely popular cloud services.”

The company has also boosted its NHS credentials attracting its 13th customer to use ER Tracker, the company’s Employee Relations cloud service. Selenity acquired ER Tracker only 18-months ago. ER Tracker records and monitors all activity relating to ER cases such as sickness, grievance, and disciplinary.
