Selenity (formerly Software Europe) has been awarded an Investor In Education by the EBP, recognising our support over the last three years with the National Citizen Scheme.

It was fantastic to hear from the local schools about the work experience programs they're involved with and the value it brings. It was especially rewarding to hear a special mention for the work experience we provide, and that young people were itching to get a placement with us.

The evening was topped off by an exceptionally entertaining presentation by Mr Burton from Educating Yorkshire who is famously known for helping one particular student called Musharaf overcome his speech impediment.

Being recognised as a leading employer working within the local community is something we're extremely passionate about. We spend a lot of time working with young people including events, talks, workshops and participate in a mentoring scheme. We'll continue to be involved with the local schools and wider community and strive to offer as much support to young people as we can.
