She's Not All Hot Air

We have a very strong culture that runs throughout the business, one that includes specific values. This includes how we value our colleagues; by recognising their career objectives and rewarding their achievements. We acknowledge that a valued colleague will deliver a great experience to our customers.

One of the really nice touches is the recognition of those employees who have shown their commitment and loyalty to the business with long service.

This month our Service Desk Manager, Lynne Hunt, joined the 10 year club (there’s quite a few of us now). Her team chose to surprise her with a Hot Air Balloon Experience. She didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, albeit something she has always wanted to try but never had the courage.  The trip is booked already for which she is going to coincide with her wedding anniversary.
