We're finding our general enquiry case type really popular. These can be easily set up to capture simplified stages and steps allowing you to record and track all enquiries that come through your HR team.
By capturing all types of enquiries and questions you can analyse your most common enquries and make proactive improvements to your department. Enquiries can be re-assigned to the relevant person in the team if necessary, they can also be escalated to a full case type should the enquiry progress.
