Security is everything! The benefits and savings delivered through engaging with an online service provider are often very compelling. The IT headaches are removed, systems are automated and things happen far quicker. But security often gets overlooked and you need to think, are you engaging with a service provider that takes your security as seriously as you do?
If you are currently using our online applications or considering joining our service you can be assured that the security of our systems and your data is at the forefront of our activities, and has been since we began in 1989. Our company was founded on key security principles and has been involved in system security for many years, delivering solutions to the biggest and most demanding organisations in the world.

A state of the art security system protects our operation, offices and employees. Our purpose built environment offers sophisticated measures including extensive CCTV, access control systems and even built-in security steel shutters to protect all access points.
During the implementation and support process we NEVER ask our customers to send data to us over the internet/via email. This can be intercepted and read. If you need to send us details about your new implementation, perhaps claimant information, we will ask you to upload this through our secure customer portal.
Triple Metric Employee Vetting
When employees join Selenity we perform a Criminal Record, Credit History and CV Validation check regardless of their role.
Three Step Authentication
We validate three user elements to ensure access is only granted to those with the appropriate credentials. Our user management system offers a wide range of access control functions including password change and password strength settings that you control.
Thorough tests are used to check and validate the security of our systems. These are ‘snapshots’ which we back up with stringent policies and procedures that regularly challenge our systems.
Encrypted Data, Passwords and up to 256 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
End to end encryption means that your data benefits from the highest levels of security and means your activities are seen only by those that are authorised.
