Team: Expedite Services

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Lincoln – United Kingdom 

THE ROLE

We need a friendly, fun and motivated person to join our Expedite processing team and assist our diverse business when necessary. Expedite is the outsourced processing unit for our Expenses Expedite customers. This will include processing of documents and payments, supporting our customers, as well as administration duties. This is an excellent opportunity to work with various departments in the company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Completing essential tasks to support a growing company which includes:

          - Validating documents to pre-set rules
          - Processing payments via various banking systems
          - Provide support and answers to customer queries
          - Providing assistance with other tasks when required

  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures, data protection and health and safety requirements
  • You will also be required to fulfil any additional duties as the business may require

  • Some basic knowledge of VAT rules would be an advantage
  • Experience in working in a varied and diverse administrative role
  • Experience of processing payments on to various banking systems
  • The interest to use technology where appropriate to improve processes
  • The ability to manage a varied workload through effective organisation skills
  • Knowledge of how Cloud/SaaS works
  • Understanding of business requirements from experience of working in a commercial environment
